Refund policy

Mom's Binder is a digital download. You get the files the moment you pay, and a download can't be returned, so sales are final unless something is wrong with the files themselves.

When we refund

If the file you bought has a problem we can't fix, you get a full refund. For example:

• the workbook won't open in Excel 2019 or newer, Excel for Microsoft 365, or Google Sheets
• a formula gives an error or a wrong result in the cells it is meant to fill in
• you were sent the wrong file

What to send us

Email help@momsbinder.com with your order number, a screenshot of the problem, and the program you used and its version. We reply within one business day. Most problems are fixed by sending a corrected file. If we can't fix it, we refund the full price to the card you paid with, through Stripe.

When we don't refund

We don't refund files that work as described, for example when you changed your mind or no longer need them. If you bought the wrong edition (US or Canadian), email us and we'll send the other one.
